Crystal Pools Pool Service Department offers the following services for pools originally purchased through us:

• Above Ground and Inground Pool Openings (Please call after January 2, 2010 to schedule.)

This would include: vacuuming, double shocking, removal and cleaning of winter cover, installing accessories i.e., ladders, plugs, diving boards, charging filter with de powder, and starting up pump and filter. Please remember if you have a Visions system to let us know so we can bring along a new cartridge when scheduling your opening.

• Above Ground and Inground Pool Closings

This would include: vacuuming, triple shocking, removing and installing accessories i.e., gizmos, ladders, diving boards, installing of winter cover, and backwashing filter.

• Pool Cleanings Offered:

  • Bi-weekly
  • Monthly
  • Or while you're on vacation

This service can include: vacuuming of pool, shocking, changing de powder, adding tablets, cleaning out pump and skimmer baskets, cleaning water line, and bringing back a water sample to ensure proper water chemistry.

• Liner Replacements

For our seasoned customers, you may be thinking about replacing your liner soon. Every year we have customers that call us in the Spring and hope to have a new liner installed before their Memorial Day party, graduation party, etc. We would encourage you to think ahead. By the time spring rolls around on average we have approximately 100-115 liners to install. Most customers will schedule their liner replacement a year in advance. This will ensure that your new liner will be installed for that special event.

Pump not working? Filter need to be cleaned and inspected? Give the pool service department a call!
